Order Confirmation
For
online orders placed before 3:00 PM ET during
business days, normally you will receive confirmation
to your email address within the same day and for other
orders, you will receive confirmation by next morning.
Shipment
Normally, your order will be shipped within 24 hours after order confirmation. Shipping notification will be emailed to you upon shipment.
Return
Policy
Your
purchase in the original condition without wear
or damage can be returned for refund, except shipping/handling
fee.
If
you like to return your order, please advise by email
your intent to return within 24 hours of delivery
and ship back within 5 business days of delivery,
in the original double boxes for protection by a
method with tracking number and insurance. Upon shipment,
please advise us tracking number of the return package.
